Refund Update - Part 2
We have continued to experience difficulties with the refund process. Some refunds have been processed but we are aware that many have not gone through. We are working actively with the company to resolve this issue. We are hopeful that all refunds will be processed by the end of this week. We appreciate your patience with this process.
