OBA Tryout Registration 2025
At St. Marys Minor Baseball, we are deeply committed to creating and developing competitive teams that allow our players to thrive in the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) rep league environment. Our focus is on ensuring a positive, challenging, and rewarding experience that helps each player reach their full potential both on and off the field.

By putting forward our best OBA teams, we aim to foster an environment where our athletes can grow and compete at a high level, all while developing important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Additional Information - Specific tryout dates will be sent out soon, with the goal of completing the tryouts before Thanksgiving in October. As always, our priority is to ensure that the tryout process is fair and transparent, giving each player the best opportunity to demonstrate their skills and earn a spot on a team.

While we’ve listed teams for every age group, please note that not all teams may be fielded at the OBA level. Team formation will depend on factors such as the number of registered players, their skill levels, the availability of coaching staff, and overall team balance. To ensure the best possible experience for all participants, St. Marys Minor Baseball reserves the right to make adjustments, including combining two age groups to form a single team (as we’ve done in the past), fielding only a minor team, or not fielding a team for certain age levels if necessary.

For clarity:

  • Players born in an odd year are considered the minor age for their division (e.g., 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011, 2009).
  • Exceptions include those born in 2018 and 2007.

Important: We are still actively seeking coaches for many of our age groups. Without coaches, we will not be able to form teams, so if you are interested or know someone who might be, please reach out to us or submit our Coaches Application 2025. Your involvement is essential for making this season successful for our players!
