Umpire Scheduler – St. Marys Minor Ball

Paid Position – Compensation discussed during the interview
Interest Form Due: February 13th

St. Marys Minor Ball is looking for an Umpire Scheduler for the upcoming season. This is a paid position that involves organizing umpires for games and supporting our growing program.

We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working with people. Training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and share umpire schedules for games

  • Communicate with umpires, coaches, and league staff as needed
  • Help recruit and support umpires throughout the season
  • Handle occasional scheduling changes or cancellations

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and organization skills
Basic understanding of baseball/softball (or willingness to learn — we will help!)

Ability to work independently

Must be able to pass a background check

This is a paid position, and compensation will be discussed with applicants selected for an interview.  Preference will be given to experienced umpires.
